Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling materials/equipment.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and following safety rules and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation and organization of the equipment yard.
• Load, unload, move, and stage construction equipment, tools, and materials.
• Clean, fuel, and prepare equipment for use, delivery, or return.
• Perform basic visual inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Support mechanics and yard staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Assist with inventory tracking, yard setup, and general labor tasks.
