Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the yard area for safe, efficient storage and movement of rental equipment and vehicles.
• Stage equipment for customer pickup, delivery, maintenance, cleaning, or return to rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading, unloading, parking, and repositioning equipment as needed.
• Perform basic visual checks of equipment and report damage or safety concerns.
• Support equipment flow between the yard, washbay, rental counter, and maintenance areas.
• Maintain clear access lanes, organized parking areas, and a clean yard free of hazards.
• Follow all safety guidelines when working around vehicles, equipment, customers, and team members.
• Assist with inventory awareness by helping track equipment location and readiness status.
