Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Attendant to prepare equipment for shipment, manage shipping/receiving paperwork, and keep a clean, organized yard. You will work in an industrial environment with potential overtime and weekend call-ins.

The role emphasizes safe handling, team collaboration, and delivering quality service to customers across our PA, WV, and MD regions. Tech-school background is valued; experience in a related setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have good motor coordination skills.
• Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet.
• Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence.
• Able to work in workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures.
• MUST be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Effective customer skills.
• Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Fill out accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and follow all procedures listed in the shipping and receiving handbook.
• Prepare equipment to customer specifications before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
• Able to work productively in an industrial environment that is subject to significant work conditions.
