Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking an Equipment Validation Engineer in Columbus, OH to lead validation activities for production and facility equipment. You will author validation plans, support change control, and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires GMP pharmaceutical experience, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant validation documentation and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years GMP pharma experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• 0-2+ years in validation, qualification, and/or commissioning in pharma.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel globally for equipment FATs (10%).

Responsibilities

• Provide project support on validation/qualification to meet deliverables.
• Author validation plans and develop specifications and test protocols.
• Maintain change control and monitor validation status of systems.
• Develop SOPs, WIs, and guidelines for validation policies.
• Train site personnel on validation policies and best practices.
• Coordinate validation strategy and ensure regulatory guideline compliance.
• Direct internal/external resources to execute validation scope.
