Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to lead new equipment validation activities, write protocols and reports, and coordinate cross-functionally with production, planning, and testing laboratories. The role requires strong cGXP knowledge and leadership to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in verbal and written form.
Ability to work independently or in teams.
Willingness to walk 1-3 miles, stand 3-6 hours, and lift 10-40 lbs as required.
Flexibility to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts and any day of the week.

Responsibilities

Takes lead role on new equipment validation; writes protocols and reports.
Coordinates with Production, Planning, Testing Laboratories, etc.
Applies cGXPs knowledge and SOPs; performs validation projects.
Mentors junior team members and leads cross-functional projects.
