We seek an Equipment Technician to support NPI, design verification, and system validation in a research and development environment, collaborating with process, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure readiness before customer release. Qualifications

• : Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent combination considered
• : Experience in semiconductor engineering, manufacturing, NPI or process development
• : Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with complex tools and subsystems
• : Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and procedures
• : Comfortable working cross-functionally with technicians, engineers, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and PM vacuum-based equipment to ensure readiness
• Interpret schematics and procedures for setup, testing, troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues with high-precision test equipment
• Develop and document test plans, collect data to validate performance
• Collaborate with Development Engineers on system integration and NPI builds
• Support design verification, testing, fabrication, and assembly of subsystems
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to address product challenges
• Manage internal inventory and spare parts for lab operations
