Job summary

Texas Instruments is looking for a skilled Equipment Technician to join our Automation team. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, automation equipment repairs, upgrades, and installation to support the fab’s operations.

You will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, monitor tool performance, analyze data, and coordinate supplier service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Working directly on automation equipment used to run tools in the factory
• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
