QuikTrip Corp. in Flowood, MS is seeking an Equipment Technician in Store Facility Maintenance to maintain and repair refrigeration, kitchen equipment, restrooms, fuel pumps, and roller grills.

You will perform carpentry, low voltage electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC-R repairs while prioritizing work orders and handling high-priority calls. A valid driver's license and EPA Type II or Universal certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of refrigeration school or successful completion of an Apprenticeship Program.
• Mechanical aptitude including knowledge of HVAC-R systems, electronic equipment, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
• Minimum of 2 years of refrigeration systems experience, including service and repair, with EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair general equipment.
• Ability to efficiently route and prioritize work orders daily.
• The hours for this position may vary according to projects and deadlines and could include overnights, holidays, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

As an Equipment Technician, you will be tasked with maintaining and repairing a diverse range of equipment in our stores, such as refrigeration units, commercial kitchen equipment, restrooms, fuel pumps, and roller grills. Each day will bring a diverse array of tasks, from carpentry and low voltage electrical work to plumbing and specialized HVAC-R repairs.
