Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on a diverse fleet in a safety‑focused environment. You will work on equipment ranging from aerial work platforms to pumps and HVAC systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment. Training and tools may be provided; excellent troubleshooting skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment or similar equipment strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and make complex repairs.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment.
• Operate safely to minimize downtime.
