Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with high-speed production lines and mechanical work preferred.
  • Experience in GMP regulated and Aseptic Production environments preferred.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and operating various components, materials, equipment, and machines in the assigned area(s).
  2. Performing tasks according to GMPs and SOPs to ensure product quality and integrity.
  3. Working the A1 shift from 6AM to 6:30PM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
  4. Performing production and packaging tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Assisting maintenance with mechanical adjustments.
  6. Setting up and changing over production and packaging equipment.
  7. Troubleshooting equipment and coordinating corrective actions.
  8. Completing documentation related to production and packaging.
  9. Monitoring and operating technical machinery, maintaining quality standards.
  10. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  11. Adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.
  12. Staying current with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety training.
  13. Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience with high-speed production lines and mechanical work preferred.
  • Experience in a GMP regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience in an Aseptic Production environment preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to gown aseptically and retain certification.
  • Understanding of good housekeeping procedures.
  • Ability to work in confined and controlled environments.
  • Basic mechanical setup, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Ability to follow machine operation manuals.
  • Fast learner, capable of teaching others.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent manual dexterity.
  • Strong math skills and effective communication in English.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
