Exalta Group in Marquette, MI is seeking an Equipment Technician II to support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and infrastructure to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.

You will troubleshoot equipment, document maintenance activities in CMMS, coordinate with contractors and engineers, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in facilities environment preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CMMS, ERP/quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment; document maintenance actions in CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Train and mentor team members when needed; support continuous improvement.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in a regulated environment.
