Plexus in the United States is seeking a manufacturing support specialist to enhance production efficiency on the D shift. You will assist with equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements to ensure high-quality output.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, adherence to GMP practices, and providing dependable support to production operators during night shifts with a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing context and ability to follow GMP/quality processes.

Responsabilités

• Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions and provides services that meet customer requirements.
• Uses tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, or production processes.
• Understands how manufacturing processes, product specs, and cross-discipline coordination apply to their role.
• Executes responsibilities independently in line with good manufacturing practices and supports production line operators.
• Has comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, and setup awareness.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$48,500.00 - $72,700.00

Work Shift

This position will support the D shift which is every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night from 6pm - 6am and every other Saturday night from 6pm - 6am. This shift qualifies for 10% shift differential.

Purpose Statement

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus’s production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer’s requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.


• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.


• Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.


• Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus’ Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.


• Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
