Job summary

Millennium Broadband Solutions is seeking an Equipment Technician to ensure the rental and leasing fleet meets quality standards. You will safely handle inbound, picking, packaging, and shipping tasks and support clients with technical questions.

Responsibilities include checking in/out equipment, fulfilling orders in Netsuite, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating in our ERP and communication platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Check In/Out Equipment
• Pick/Pack/Ship Orders
• Fulfill/Receive Orders within Netsuite
• Follow procedures using our warehouse management system to track all inventory moves
• Report Physical and Rental Inventory
• Verify equipment and all inventory meets/exceeds quality standards
• Ensure equipment is returned in acceptable condition with required components
• Perform routine maintenance
• Operate in ERP and communication platforms
• Provide Technical support to team and clients
