Equipment Technician / Mechanic – 1st Shift | Up to $35/hr | Jackson, WI
SITE Staffing is on the hunt for a hands-on, mechanically minded Equipment Technician who knows their way around diesel engines, lift trucks, and all things heavy-duty.
This role is perfect for someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and wants to be part of a company thatbuilds some pretty amazing things(think: custom zoo exhibits, waterpark builds, and other theme-construction projects).
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair trucks, diesel equipment, small engines, electrical systems, hydraulics—you name it.
• Perform fleet and safety inspections, handle preventive maintenance, and keep things safe and operational.
• Track repairs, complete logs, explain issues/solutions to your team, and respond quickly when something breaks down.
• Use a variety of tools, scanners, lifts, and diagnostic equipment with confidence.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday
• Start: 6:00 AM – End: 4:30 PM
• Occasional extended hours based on projects and shop needs
• Pay: Up to $35/hrbased on your skills and experience
