Orano Med is seeking an Equipment Technician to support GMP manufacturing, GLP toxicity studies, and QC testing operations. You will perform installation qualification, maintenance, calibration, and project management of equipment and instrumentation.
The role requires hands-on calibration, qualification, and repairs, plus developing documentation and SOPs. Collaborative cross-functional work and adherence to data integrity and cGMPs are essential for success.
Orano Med has developed new processes for producing high-purity lead-212, a rare radioactive isotope. Lead-212 is currently at the heart of promising research projects in nuclear medicine to develop new treatments against cancer. The innovative approach, known as targeted alpha therapy (TAT), recognizes and destroys cancer cells while limiting the impact on nearby healthy cells.
The Equipment Technician will perform installation qualification, maintenance, repair, and project management of equipment and instrumentation in support of GMP manufacturing, GLP toxicity studies and QC testing operations. Support daily operations by performing periodic & daily calibration of equipment.
