The position offers a transparent annual pay range and requires an Associate’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation, applying GMP practices, documenting processes, and assisting production line operators.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work across shifts and follow GMP practices.
• Willingness to learn and support maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Job description

Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$45,300.00 - $67,900.00

We have multiple shifts available for this role:

C Work Shift:

C Shift assists with covering operations on every other Wednesday and every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6am-6pm.

B Work Shift:

This shift helps cover operations on our B Shift which works every other Saturday night from 6pm-6am and every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night from 6pm-6am. Due to staffing needs for the night shift, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this shift.

The shift is eligible for a 10% shift differential.

D Work Shift:

D-This shift helps cover operations on our D Shift which works Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night from 6pm-6am. And every other Saturday night from 6pm-6am Due to staffing needs for the night shift, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this shift.

The shift is eligible for a 10% shift differential.

Purpose Statement:

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.

Key Job Accountabilities:
