Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Kent, WA is seeking an Equipment Support II to assist our drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading, unloading, and equipment prep.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime eligibility; pay range is $21.25–$26.60 per hour depending on experience and paid weekly. You will work outdoors in varied conditions, prioritize safety, and be part of a collaborative team focused on reliable service, equipment readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment preferred.
• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading, unloading, and prep of equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Support shop, branch, and yard operations in varying weather.
