Job summary

Primoris Services Corp. is seeking a site equipment supervisor in Colorado to lead and coordinate the work of the equipment team, schedule tasks, set priorities, and guide the on-site operation to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include creating and updating reports and presentations, arranging maintenance, tracking safety records, forecasting equipment needs, and developing safety protocols. Travel of 20–50% is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 5–8 years of experience.
• Ability to travel 20–50%.

• Supervises, trains, mentors, guides, and coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of site equipment specialist.
• Create, aggregate, and updates reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Schedules and performs or arranges for completion of required and recommended maintenance for all equipment.
• Maintains safety records, documenting all accidents, near-accidents, and violations of operating rules.
• Forecasting equipment needs.
• Drafts, publishes, and implements safety protocols and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma/GED Required.
• 5-8 years of experience.
• Ability to travel 20-50%.
