Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a committed team member to promote and maintain efficient equipment movement and staging for all branch transactions, improving dispatching, pick-up, returns, and the overall customer rental experience.

You will locate assets, coordinate with ERS and MLO for orders and returns, stage equipment, assist drivers with loading, and keep the yard neat, safe, and organized while complying with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (50 pounds) and work long hours.
• Able to use technology as needed.

Responsibilities

• Locate and assign assets for outgoing orders.
• Coordinate with ERS and MLO for upcoming orders and returns.
• Stage outgoing equipment and assist drivers with loading and unloading.
• Assist with equipment refueling and loading.
• Keep returned equipment staged properly and move to correct locations after receipt.
• Maintain a neat, safe yard and assist with paperwork for transfers.
• Participate in safety meetings and daily housekeeping of areas.
