Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Equipment Solutions Manager for Data Center Solutions in Amarillo, TX. The role leads equipment planning, inventory, and budgeting efforts, coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of assets.

The position requires 6+ years in construction/equipment rental or 10+ years in a related field, strong leadership, and travel up to 50%. A bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are needed.

The base pay range for this role is $113,500 - $170,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
