Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Manager in managing shop personnel, including mechanics and other shop staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to shop staff to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with construction equipment, vehicles and tools.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and repaired per manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold safety and maintenance protocols.
