Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two years of experience in equipment dealer environment preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and its applications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL preferred.
• Must meet company driving and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist Territory Managers with visits, calls, and prospecting.
• Participate in equipment demonstrations, training, and start-up activities.
• Learn equipment operation, applications, features, and benefits.
• Assist with lead follow-up and CRM activities.
• Build proficiency in CRM by entering data, quotes, and records.
• Help prepare sales and trade-in documentation.
• Develop weekly and monthly sales plans using CRM and data.
• Support post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
