Job summary

The Equipment Repair Technician will troubleshoot and repair MOC automotive equipment, using mechanical aptitude and hand tools. This hands-on role requires identifying and correcting issues while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, driving to customer locations, and following field procedures to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Automotive Experience is a plus.
• Must be mechanically inclined. Familiar with hand tools.
• Must have 12V DC experience
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Proven customer service skills are a must
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all possible MOC automotive equipment issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed
• Escalates all problems and issues to management when necessary
• Follow company’s field procedures and protocols

Summary:
