Frank's Supply Company is seeking a qualified Rental Yard Technician for our Albuquerque, NM location. The role focuses on assisting rental counter personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations on the yard.

Responsibilities include minor servicing and repair of rental equipment, scheduled maintenance, and safe, clear instruction to customers on operation of the equipment. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Own your own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Some rental experience preferred.
• Punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Minor servicing and repair of rental equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Instruct customers on proper operation and safety of equipment.
• Load and unload equipment listed on the contract for the customer.
• Record any damaged or missing equipment with hour meter reading and fuel amount when applicable.
• Keep work area and yard clean and organized.
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements.
