Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• DOT Qualification process preferred; bilingual may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders; front-line contact with customers.
• Deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude and strong administrative performance.
