Job summary

The Schlumberger Maintenance Associate in Minot, ND performs maintenance activities per established programs to ensure safe, reliable and timely delivery of equipment to meet operations. You will work under supervision to support asset reliability and maintenance efficiency across the Center of Reliability and Efficiency, Maintenance Base, or Maintenance Center.

You will document work in CMMS and TLM systems, follow SLB health and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance on equipment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities including inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure on-time delivery of equipment by completing tasks efficiently.
• Maintain CMMS and TLM records, including work orders, labor hours, equipment history, and parts usage.
• Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and TLM standards, policies, and procedures.
• Improve asset reliability and maintenance efficiency through best practices.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Develop technical competencies through training and coaching.
