Job summary

Ashley is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities across building, machine, and support systems. You will coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to minimize downtime and protect production goals.

Join a team that coaches and develops maintenance staff, collaborates with production on plans and training, and drives continuous improvement with safe, efficient practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• Proven supervisory experience with hands-on exposure to manufacturing or warehouse equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance activities and allocate work across building, machine, and support systems.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Coach, develop, and supervise maintenance team members; set expectations and follow up on results.
