What You'll Do
- Diagnose & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of specialty medical equipment, including hospital beds and support surfaces.
- Maintenance & Quality: Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all repairs meet our rigorous quality and compliance standards.
- Precision Tools: Utilize diagnostic tools like electrical safety analyzers, voltmeters, and current meters.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally assist with equipment delivery, pick-up, and staff training.
- Safety & Organization: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
What You'll Bring
- A strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with common workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- An extreme sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- A proven track record of accountability and professionalism.
- The ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if travel is required).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screenings.
