Job summary

Event Source in Ohio is seeking motivated individuals to join our Equipment Prep Department. You'll help process, maintain, and prepare inventory including chairs, tables, and catering equipment, ensuring items meet cleanliness and quality standards.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds (75 occasionally), and willingness to train on forklifts and pallet jacks. We offer multiple shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Tow motor and pallet jack experience preferred, but willing to train
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting for up to 12 hours
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments
• Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index
• Must pass a company background check and drug screen

In this role, you’ll help process, maintain, and prepare inventory, including chairs, tables, furniture, and cooking and catering equipment, ensuring all items meet company standards for cleanliness, quality, and proper organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections, clean, and maintain our inventory, encompassing items such as chairs, tables, furniture, cooking and catering equipment, and beyond.
• Utilize manual cleaning methods to uphold company standards for cleanliness and quality.
• Meet production standards set by management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting cooperation and teamwork.
• Organize and pack equipment/items according to company standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Work Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• May be exposed to water, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning chemicals.
• Frequent operation of equipment with potential hazards; appropriate safety practices and equipment are required.
• Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

• Multiple shifts available: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
• Pay: $17-$19 per hour
