Job description

Your Opportunity, Your Team

As an Equipment Operator, you will support Cornerstone Brands by using forklifts, stock pickers, reach trucks, cranes, turrets, and other equipment to move merchandise from docks to racks. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite at the Goodyear, AZ fulfillment center. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You'll Do

• Carry out daily functions including safe operation of equipment, stock replenishment, case and pallet put‑away, cycle counting, and location verification.
• Inspect and properly maintain PIT equipment, adhering to all guidelines and rules of operation.
• Support all CSI philosophies to promote a positive work environment.
• Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and uphold distribution‑center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Operate RF devices for all department functions.
• Perform additional duties directed by CSI Management.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Willingness to be trained on the operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT) including walkie rider, stand‑up forklift, stock picker, crane, or turret truck.
• Capacity to walk, stand, reach, and lift an average of 50–75lbs.
• Availability for flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Team player readiness to work in other areas of the operation when required.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance standards.
