Job summary

QVC Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Equipment Operator to support our Cornerstone Brands within the Goodyear fulfillment center. You will relocate merchandise using forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other PIT equipment and report to an Operations Supervisor.

The role requires 3+ months in a distribution/fulfillment setting, the ability to operate PIT equipment, and willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Willing to be trained on PIT operation including walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker, crane, or turret truck.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, and lift 50-75 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Team player and able to work in other areas as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily functions including safe operation of equipment, stock replenishment, case and pallet put-away, cycle counting, and location verification.
• Inspect and maintain PIT equipment in compliance with guidelines.
• Support CSI philosophies to promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy and uphold DC requirements of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Operate RF device for all department functions.
• Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management.
