Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Fontana, CA facility. You will operate forklifts and order pickers to support core warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in incoming and outbound shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to learn our WMS, and readiness to work varied shifts. Starting pay is $24.00/hr with a $3 differential, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in conditions such as dust, noise, heat or cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and SOPs.
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

• Thursday - Monday
• Thursday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm
• Saturday to Sunday, 4:00am - 12:30pm

Starting Pay

$24.00/hr (including $3 shift differential)
