RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
  • Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
  • Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
  • Perform basic quality checks as required
  • Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
  • Perform other work as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required
  • 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
  • 3rd shift: Hours for this position are 7:00pm - 5:10am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
  • Top pay is $24.55 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential
  • Climate controlled working environment
