Job summary

Responsibilities include operating front-end loaders, performing daily inspections, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while supporting team goals and production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; education may be substituted with experience.
• Minimum six months experience operating machinery.
• Ability to follow directions reliably.
• Professional attitude and conduct.
• Multitasking, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management are needed.
• Strong safety awareness and discipline.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Adherence to Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
• Team player with readiness to assist co-workers or supervisors.
• Must be at least 18 years old; random drug tests are performed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in accordance with O&M manual.
• Check material (incoming and outgoing) for quality and conformity.
• Transport material to designated storage areas safely.
• Load material onto lines and trailers safely.
• Keep material stacked neatly and safely.
• Maintain general housekeeping.
• Check oil and fluids daily.
• Perform equipment inspections daily.
• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
