Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Error Resolution role in our distribution center team to research and resolve discrepancies with shipments, locations, or products. You will locate missing product quickly to complete and ship customer orders on time.

Responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders; processing short ship orders; reviewing customer orders before shipping; and complying with all policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Positive, collaborative attitude toward the company, job, customers and co-workers.
• May require lift operator certification per OSHA recommendations.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities as business needs require.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Exemplary attendance, accuracy and productivity.

What Should You Expect?

DC Warehouse (Equipment): The employee is required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Lifting up to 60 pounds, operation of powered equipment, full range of motion of neck, head and back, and frequent manual reach are expected. Visual requirements include close, color and peripheral vision and depth perception. PPE may be required. Work is performed in a moderately noisy warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, varying weather conditions, and machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The environment is fast-paced and may be hectic.
