Interlaken, Inc. - Heavy Equipment Operator

Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation contractor, certified WBE. We are seeking experienced, safety-focused, career-minded PREVAILING WAGE Heavy Equipment Operators to join our TEAM!

Position Details:

• Full Time, based in the Portland Metro Area
• Pay Rate: Depends on Experience
• Prevailing Wage Work Available
• Non-Union Contractor
• Benefits: Health, Retirement, PTO, Employee Rewards Programs
• Valid Driver's License Required

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years experience in Underground Construction
• Ability to check grade
• Proficiency with excavators, backhoes, and other heavy machinery
• Proficiency with small tools
• High School Diploma or higher
• Valid Driver's License
• Self-motivated and safety-conscious
• OSHA 10, Flagger Card, CPR Certification: Not Required but Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of machines and vehicles
• Check grade and operate pipe/grade laser
• Use of hand shovel when necessary
• Complete required paperwork
• Promote a safe workplace environment
