Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking Seasonal Equipment Operators to join our team this holiday season in the United States. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and several shift options. Training is provided; positions start at $16 per hour with shift differentials for 3rd shift.

Work authorization in the United States is required. Responsibilities include operating printing presses, performing routine maintenance, color ink preparation, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Check paper type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format and run quality.

Your Opportunity: We are looking for Seasonal Equipment Operators to join the Taylor Team this holiday season. We're offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options to choose from. Positions start at $16 per hour and training is provided!

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

• Flexible hours
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Shift differential for 3rd shift
• Weekdays and weekends available
• Overtime as needed

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability
• Good reading ability

We Would Also Prefer:

• Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• High degree of analytical skills
• Good color discernment
