Job summary

Taylor Corporation is hiring Seasonal Equipment Operators in Minnesota from October through December across multiple Taylor Corporation Companies. You may be loading paper into digital presses, operating foil-application machines, cutting sheets to card size, loading envelopes, running an entry‑level press for envelopes and holiday cards, and printing letterpress orders on a Heidelberg Press.

Training is provided, with flexible day/evening/overnight/weekend shifts.

• We’re offering many different operator positions! Depending on your role you may be: Loading paper into a digital press
• Operating a thermotype machine that applies foil to cards
• Cutting sheets down to card size using a computer program
• Loading envelopes into stackers
• Operating an entry-level press to print envelopes and holiday cards
• Printing letterpress orders on a Heidelberg Press

• We provide training! If you have a mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn, we’ll find the right equipment for you to operate.
• We offer flexible scheduling! We have multiple shifts available during days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
