Job description

The Nebraska Division of Dustrol Inc, a Milling and Hot-In-Place Recycling contractor that is 100% Employee Owned company providing asphalt recycling and related highway maintenance services throughout the Midwest is looking for a full time Equipment Operator. Established in 1973, we have had continued success providing the opportunity to grow our footprint! We will train the right candidate and are currently looking for Equipment Operators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.
  • Operates equipment in the construction of highway, airport, or parking lot projects.
  • Operates various pieces of equipment including, but not limited to; milling machine, power broom, skidsteer.
  • Travel across Nebraska and Iowa with most weekends at home.
  • Performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment such as lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.

Position Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license. CDL is a plus
  • Minimal violations on MVR
  • Motivation to learn to operate heavy equipment
  • 100% Employee Owned
  • Paid Holiday, Sick, Vacation
  • 401K and BCBS insurance available
  • 40 hours or more offered weekly

Post offer drug/alcohol testing are required as conditions of employment.
