Turner Construction Co. in Monroe, LA seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to operate power construction equipment and support project activities on site.
You will collaborate with the Project/Trade Foreman, read plans, coordinate deliveries, and help maintain safety and efficiency on the job. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of equipment operation, a valid CDL, active equipment certifications, and the ability to travel and work night or weekend shifts as needed.

Frequently: Standing, walking, combined standing/walking, lifting/lowering/carrying weights up to 50 lbs., reaching above and below shoulder height, and balancing. Occasionally: Lifting/lowering/carrying weights over 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, squatting, kneeling, crawling, confined space hazards, and working on heights.
