Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking an Equipment Operator to support production in Nevada. The role involves maintaining stock piles, loading raw materials, and ensuring safe, compliant operation of front-end loaders and trucks.

You will follow GMP and OSHA policies, perform daily equipment checks, and coordinate with the production team for material flow. As part of a multi-shift plant, you will contribute to inventory accuracy, support shipments, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• High School/GED diploma required in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as Equipment Operator in a 24 hr continuous process environment.
• Strong customer service focus, teamwork and collaborative approach; good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support production by maintaining stock piles and feeding material into hoppers.
• Follow safety, food safety, and OSHA policies; log daily inspections; report issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate with production to ensure material flow and timely delivery; operate and maintain equipment.
• Assist in cycle counts and unload/load products; support shipping and receiving.
• Maintain clean work area and accurate inventory while complying with SAP procedures.
