Equipment Operator - Loader, Plants, and Asphalt

What you can expect:

• $22.00/hour starting wage, with potential increases based on experience, plus a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual raise potential.
• Paid Time Off.
• Overtime after 8 hours.
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!

What you will do:

• Assist with general labor tasks around the facility.
• Safely operate loaders within the facility.
• Understand and operate plant equipment as needed.
• Load and move materials efficiently throughout the site.
• Maintain cleanliness around the plant and surrounding areas.
• Perform general maintenance duties.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
