Job summary

US Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to maintain production, quality, and safety in the Operations function. You will operate front-end loaders, haul trucks, skid steers, and more, performing routine fueling, inspections, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include pre/post shift checks, recordkeeping, and participating in safety and training programs to ensure compliant operations and safe work practices across the yard and near railroad tracks.

Qualifications

• Welding/torching and maintenance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment to keep plant in production.
• Perform pre-shift and end-of-shift checks and maintenance.
• Document activity, inventory, and maintenance logs as required.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all policies, safety rules, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with product transfers, quality and operations paperwork.
• Complete required training and certifications for safe duties.
