This is responsible work in performing a variety of manual tasks in the operation of one or more types of heavy motor equipment.
Completion of a minimum of the eighth grade, preferably high school graduation or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of one year's experience with the ability to demonstrate skill in the operation of one or more pieces of Equipment Operator III level equipment; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Must possess a valid commercial driver's license for the type of equipment operated.
