Job summary

The City of Tallahassee is seeking an airport grounds maintenance worker in Tallahassee, FL to operate heavy equipment and perform grounds and landscape maintenance that keeps the airport safe, attractive, and operating at its best.

You will maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas, inspect equipment, and work with a team to support daily operations and respond to changing maintenance needs.

• Operate equipment and tools to complete a variety of outdoor maintenance and improvement projects.
• Inspect and care for equipment to help ensure it is ready for daily use.

• Work collaboratively with your team to support the airport's daily operations and respond to changing maintenance needs.
