SEAM ANNEALER

• Operate seam annealers over welded seams for various setups and pipe sizes, monitor temperatures, and track seams. Operate overhead cranes and assist in changeovers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without accommodations.
• Basic math skills involving addition and subtraction of feet and inches.
• Knowledge, skills, and ability to perform job duties.
• Meet physical requirements for safe operation of mobile equipment as per Safety Department standards.
• Acceptable vision and hearing levels to respond to warnings safely due to hazardous environment.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as a tape measure.

Essential Physical Functions

• Standing for long periods on various surfaces.
• Walking on grated steel, concrete, and gravel.
• Climbing stairs and ladders during changeovers.
• Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, and using fingers for various tasks.
• Communication via talking and using two-way radios.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safety and quality checks.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for tools and materials.
• Push/pull actions for equipment operation.
