Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking an Equipment Operator to run a loader, dozer, and crusher in our Arizona operations. The role requires daily equipment servicing and adherence to project specifications.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess an MSHA 5000-23 certificate, and work well in a team. Mechanical knowledge and basic welding skills are a plus; lifting up to 80 lb is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MSHA 5000-23 certificate.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment to meet project specifications.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious worker.
• Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Basic welding and cutting torch knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader/dozer/crusher to meet production goals.
• Assist with setup and teardown of plants.
• Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of equipment and plant areas.
• Able to lift objects up to 80 lb regularly.
• Use shovel to move material as required.
• Follow safety guidelines per MSHA and company policy.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report issues.
