Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring for a Material Handler Equipment Operator in a distribution center. The role involves safely moving products with powered equipment, selecting and packing orders, and supporting shipping, receiving, and stocking tasks.

You will operate standup forklifts, reach trucks, dock stockers, and pallet jacks, and use RF scanners to direct daily tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and may include certification training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks (PIT) and certifies on all equipment as needed.
• Performs daily equipment checks before operation.
• Accurately picks and packs orders using standard practices.
• Restocks picking bins based on warehouse system reports.
• Moves product with pallet jacks and conveyors for shipment.
• Loads or unloads trucks and labels products as required.
• Adheres to safety, quality, and attendance standards.
• Uses RF scanners and follows written and verbal instructions in English.
