Seeking high performing, motivated people for our Experienced Equipment Operator and experienced crane operators. Full time evening and day positions available.
12-Hour Shift starts at 5:00 am - 5:00 pm

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team and grow with us.
You will be responsible for cleaning up wet and dry sawdust, saw chips, broken boards, wood bark, etc.
You will be responsible for operating a crane for 12-hour shifts. To get your work done, you will be using shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, leaf blowers, and your hands. This job is very labor intensive, and you will get dirty. You will also have to periodically lift/move heavy objects (such as log pieces and boards) to shoulder height. You will help run some equipment when needed.
Previous experience in a construction or quarry environment preferred.
Looking for dependable, hardworking individuals that can work 12-hour shifts four days a week.
Must have a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation to and from work.

Heavy equipment operator applicants must provide the following:
- Familiarity with all types of heavy equipment
- Responsible for all ground operations, such as cleanup, greasing equipment, and basic routine maintenance in and around the plant.
- Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Operate excavators, dozers, off-road trucks, large forklifts, overhead cranes, and perform maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Load and unload material from trucks.
- Operate chainsaws.
- Use small hand tools.
- Housekeeping of the yard, clean up debris.
- Perform pre-use safety checks on equipment and tools.
- Fuel and maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Attend safety and training meetings.
- Follow safety procedures and properly use safety equipment.
- Any other tasks as requested.
Be willing to work nights and weekends when required.
Be able to work overtime when required weekly.
Must be willing to work hard in all weather conditions.
Must be dependable and willing to cross-train on all heavy equipment.

Must be able to pass drug screen at all times.
