Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to operate in outdoor construction environments.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify basic equipment issues.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily operations.
• Load, move, and place materials as directed.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Report equipment issues and assist with routine maintenance.
• Follow grade stakes, work plans, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with general labor and site cleanup when equipment is not in use.
• Work safely around crews, utilities, and other equipment.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Full-Time Pay: $16.00-17.00/hr DOE
